- How to FIRE, an open-source Chinese book on financial independence for ordinary people. Several chapters are still stubs.
- This site. It went live on 2026-09-15 and most of it was built with Claude Code; the travel map is the newest piece.
Learning
- How to build software with an AI agent at the centre, rather than as an autocomplete. I wrote up my current view in Claude-centric software architecture.
- Reinforcement learning, by teaching a network to play Mahjong from scratch.

Thinking about
- What a software engineer is for when the model writes most of the code. My working answer: taste, judgement, and knowing what to build.
